My dad says he doesn't need help. How do we start?
This is very common. Many families start by introducing a companion as a friend who helps with errands, rides or a weekly lunch. Once your loved one gets to know their caregiver, it usually feels much more natural. We are happy to talk through ideas with you.
Can companion care grow into more care later?
Absolutely. Many families start with companion care and add personal care, dementia care or more hours as needs change, often with the same caregiver your loved one already knows.
Does Medicare or my health insurance pay for companion care?
Medicare and regular health insurance generally do not cover companion care. Our services are private pay, and if your loved one has long term care insurance, we take care of the administrative work for you.
