In 2004, he joined the FDNY, where he proudly served the people of New York City for over two decades, retiring as a Lieutenant.\n\nWhile working in the fire department, Gianni pursued his passion for healthcare and became a Registered Nurse in 2009. His nursing experience is both vast and diverse, having worked in emergency rooms, medical-surgical units, interventional radiology, psychiatric care, and home care settings. His hands-on approach and calm, confident presence reflect the leadership and compassion he’s carried throughout his career.\n\nAt Always Responsive, Gianni’s deep knowledge and well-rounded clinical background help ensure each client receives personalized, high-quality care. Frank brings a wealth of experience, unwavering dedication, and deep compassion to his role at Always Responsive Home Care. A graduate of Western Connecticut State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Justice and Law Administration in 2000, Frank's commitment to service became evident early on. He started his career as an FDNY Fire Safety Cadet just prior to the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Driven by a passion for helping others, he became an FDNY Emergency Medical Technician in April 2002.\n\nFrank briefly served as a Stamford police officer before achieving his lifelong dream of becoming a New York City firefighter in December 2003. Motivated by his personal experience growing up with a mother battling multiple sclerosis, Frank pursued a career in nursing, graduating in 2008. He immediately began working as an ER nurse, bringing calm, competence, and compassion to high-pressure medical situations.\n\nAfter a decade in emergency medicine, Frank discovered his true passion in home care nursing in 2018. His extensive experience in both firefighting and emergency healthcare uniquely positions him to provide exceptional, personalized care. Promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in January 2021, Frank is currently completing his distinguished career in the FDNY Operations Center.\n\nAt Always Responsive, Frank leverages his diverse background and heartfelt empathy to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care, enabling them to remain safely and comfortably in their homes.
