Teresa Sajkowski is the visionary founder of Always Responsive Home Care, where she leads with a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors throughout Mercer County. Drawing from her passion for compassionate care, Teresa has built a team dedicated to providing personalized, non-medical home care services that enable seniors to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Co-Founder
Vincent Sajkowski serves as Co-Founder of Always Responsive Home Care, where he leads with a vision of providing exceptional non-medical care to seniors throughout Mercer County. Drawing from his commitment to elevating the standard of home care services in the Princeton area, Vincent works to ensure every client receives personalized attention and support that enables them to age gracefully in the comfort of their own homes. His dedication to building strong relationships with families and caregivers has helped establish Always Responsive Home Care as a trusted partner in the local senior care community.

A caregiver never works alone. These are the people in the office you'll hear from, and how each of them supports our caregivers and your family.
Nursing Supervisor
Writes the care plan, supervises the caregivers who follow it, and updates the plan when your loved one's health or routine changes.
Client Care Coordinator
Your everyday contact, who gets to know your family. Builds the schedule, matches your loved one with the right caregiver and handles the changes when appointments or plans shift.
On-Call Care Coordinator
Covers nights, weekends and holidays, so a call about a missed shift or a sudden change reaches someone who can sort it out.
Human Resources
Looks after the people who look after your family: hiring paperwork, pay, training records and the support that keeps good caregivers with us.
Recruiting Manager
Interviews caregiver applicants and checks their certifications, so the person who comes to your door is someone we'd send to our own parents.
Community Liaison
Keeps in touch with the hospitals, rehab centers, doctors and senior centers nearby, so the people who treat your parent know how to reach us.
Caregivers
The familiar faces in the home, matched to your loved one and trained by us: help with bathing and dressing, meals, medication reminders, errands and an afternoon of good company.
Started by Teresa Sajkowski in 2010
When Teresa Sajkowski started Always Responsive Home Care in 2010, she had spent ten years caring for patients in their own homes as a home care and hospice nurse, and she had young children of her own. She started the company with Vincent Sajkowski, and it is still family owned. Teresa tells the story in her own words in her letter on our company page.
Her years of caring for people at home are why the office works the way it does. Before care starts, a registered nurse visits, writes the care plan with your family and supervises the caregivers who follow it. Everything we do meets or exceeds New Jersey's regulations for home care agencies. The plan changes when your loved one's health or routine does, and it all begins with a free in-home assessment.
Who answers when you call
Call (609) 208-1111 and you reach our Mercer County office. On weekdays from 8:30 to 4:30 the office is open on Village Boulevard. At night, on weekends and on holidays the phone is still answered by an on-call coordinator who can sort out a missed shift or a sudden change. If something isn't right with your loved one's care, tell us, and we'll make a change quickly, including a different caregiver if that's what it takes, without a gap in care.
How we look after our caregivers
We pay our caregivers better than most agencies in the area, and we treat them with the same respect and care we give the families we serve. They're part of our family too. That's why our turnover is low, and why your loved one sees familiar faces instead of someone new every week.
